浅谈模仿笔迹的类型及其检验要点

摘　　要：模仿笔迹通常篇幅不长,可选择比对的特征少,选择特征较难,且模仿人本身的笔迹特征暴露少,有较大的检验难度。模仿笔迹主要有临摹、套摹、忆摹三种,不同的模仿类型表现出不同的规律特点。模仿笔迹的检验要善于把握这些规律,利用不同模仿所对应的特征,正确合理地解释检材中出现的笔迹特征差异。要深入了解案情、系统地进行检验鉴定和认真细致的比对,才能作出准确的检验鉴定结论。The short length, few optional alignment features, difficult feature selection, and litde exposion of the handwriting features of imitators give birth to great difficulty in inspection. Handwriting imitation primarily falls into facsimile, copying and recollection-based copying, each presenting its different laws and characteristics. Good mastery and good use of these laws and characteristics accordingly help us to apprpriately inspect and interprete the differences in handwriting characteristics. An in-depth investgation of the cases, systematic inspection and appraisal, and detailed comparison contributes to accurate inspection and appraisal conclusions.
