摘　　要：大数据背景下,由于视频监控系统建设相对滞后、视频监控信息质量不高、信息利用不充分、反侦查挑战日益突出等问题的存在,视频监控在侦查中的价值没有得到充分发挥。应加强规划、整合资源、建章立制、加强研发、拓展创新,以进一步发挥视频侦查在实践中的价值。Under the Background of Big Datas, there exist hysteresis in construction of video surveillance system, low quality video surveillance information, inadequate use of information,and increasingly prominent counter investigation challenge, which results in failure to bring the value of video surveillance to its full play in investigation. Accordingly, efforts should be made to step up planning, integrate resources, develop regulations and systems, strengthen research and development, and innovation so as to bring the value of video surveillance- based investigation in full play.
