摘　　要：大数据侦查的理论基础包括其内涵、理论依据和基本特征。结合当前最新技术和实战成果,大数据侦查体现了主体广泛性、时空无限性、资源丰富性、过程一体性和思维相关性等特征,大数据侦查的实践价值在于加快侦查反应速率、丰富侦查破案模式、提高侦查破案效率、推进合成侦查作战,推动微观侦查走向宏观侦查,最终全面提升犯罪侦查、控制和治理水平。Theoretical basis of big datas invesigation includes its connotation, theoretical basis and basic characteristics. In combination of the latest technology and practical results, big datas invesigation is charaterized by subject universality, space-time immenseness, resource richness, process integrity and thought correlation. The practical value of big datas investigation is acceleration of investigation reaction rate, diversification of casesolving modes, improvement of case -solving efficiency, promotion of synthetic reconnaissance operations, promotion of development of microscopic investigation to macroscopic investrigation, and improvement of comprehensive criminal investigation, control and governance capacity.
