摘　　要：警察心理评估是选拔合格警员常用的方法之一,选用科学有效的测评方法对警察心理素质进行评估筛选非常重要。通过对MMPI、CPI、IPI、AIFP等心理评估工具进行回顾分析以验证、比较其有效性,可以为警方选择合适的测评工具提供参考。The p olice psychological assessment serves as one of frequently -used approaches to select the qualified policemen. It is essencial to select and use scientific and effective assessment methods in assessment and selection of the police psychological quality. A review and analysis is made by using psychological assessment tools like MMPI、 CPI、 IPI、AIFP in an effort to vertify and compare their validity, and ultimately provide reference for the police to make approapriate choice of psychological assessment tools.
