社区护理风险管理指标的系统评价与Meta整合

摘　　要：[目的]整合社区护理风险管理指标,为构建社区护理风险管理指标体系提供依据。[方法]检索The Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健国际合作中心图书馆、MedLine、PubMed、CBM、CNKI、万方数据库,收集有关社区护理风险管理的研究,检索时限从建库至2016年9月,采用内容分析法对结果进行整合。[结果]共纳入8篇文献,筛选出40个条目和17个类别(经济和管理背景、财政资源和限制、政策标准和目标、安全文化和优先级、员工水平和技能组合、工作量和轮班模式、设备的设计有效和维护、书面交流、督导和寻求帮助、团队的结构、知识和技能、基本素质、任务设计和清晰的架构、诊断结果的有效性和准确性、病情状况、语言和沟通能力、个性和社会因素),共整合出7个维度,为制度背景、组织管理、工作环境、团队因素、员工因素、任务因素、病人的特征。[结论]在构建社区护理风险管理指标体系时,要全面考虑制度背景、组织管理、工作环境、团队因素、员工因素、任务因素、病人的特征这几个因素。Objective：To integrate the community nursing risk management index and to provide the basis for building community nursing risk management index system.Methods：Papers of community nursing risk management were retrieved from The Cochrane Library,Joana Briggs Institute Library,Medline,PubMed,CBM,CNKI,and Wanfang database from inception to September 2016,and the results were analyzed by content analysis method.Results：A total of 8 articles were included in this study.A total of 40 items and 17 categories were screened,including economic and management background,financial resources and limitation,policy standards and goals,safety culture and priority,staffing levels and skill sets,workload and shift mode,the design of the equipment and maintenance,written communication,supervision and to ask for help,team structure,knowledge and skills,basic quality,the design of the task and clear architecture,the validity and accuracy of the diagnosis results,disease status,language and communication skills,and personality and social factors.A total of 7 dimensions were integrated,including system background,organization management,work environment,team factor,staff factors,task factor,and the characteristics of the patients.Conclusions：During the construction of the community nursing risk management index system,the factors of system background,organization management,work environment,team,staff,task,and characteristics of the patients should be fully considered.
