摘 要:近年来承德市流域水环境污染问题日益突出,为了控制和治理城市河流污染,研究城市河流的纳污能力十分必要。本文通过分析流经承德市河流的26个河段,统计现阶段水域纳污总量,并采用一维水质模型计算规划河段最大纳污量。经计算,到2022年全市控制COD入河总量为0.100万t,为现状入河量的2.5%,全市控制氨氮入河总量为0.0073万t,为现状入河量的12.6%。为日后的河流水环境污染防治和环境管理决策提供了依据,具有重要的现实意义。In recent years, water environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more seriousnecessary to study the pollution capacity of urban rivers in order to control and govern urban river pollution. Total pollutioncapacity in water areas at current stage is counted through the analysis on 26 river sections flowing through dimensional water quality model is adopted for calculating and planning the maximum poiutant holding quantity of thie river. Total COD into the river all over the city till 2022 is 0. 1 million tons according to calculation, which accounts for 2.5% of current amount into river. Total ammonia nitrogen in the river all over the city is controlled at 73t, which accounts for 12. 6% of current amount into the river. It provides basis for river water pollution control and environmental mdecision in the future with important practical significance.
