司法改革背景下的司法鉴定管理体制建设

摘　　要：司法鉴定统一管理基本形成,但不足之处依然存在。应从鉴定机构和鉴定人的准入管理、鉴定人培训管理、鉴定标准规范管理、司法鉴定收费管理、司法鉴定委托受理规定、鉴定人出庭作证制度等方面建立与完善,健全统一的司法鉴定管理体制,以更好地服务司法改革,促进司法鉴定事业健康、快速、持续发展。Judicial identification fundamentally comes into shape,but still witnesses deficiencies.The article argues that a sound unified judicial management system be constructed and improved from the perspectives of accrediting agencies and identifiers＇ admittance management,identifiers＇ training management,standard management of identification standards,the toll management of judicial identification,commission and acceptance rules for judicial identification,and the system for identifiers＇ attending court as witnesses with a view to better serving judicial reform and promoting the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of judicial identification.
