旅游区全要素生产率的测度及时空探究——以江苏省三大旅游区为例

摘　　要：文章运用DEA-Malmquist指数二次分解模型、全局空间自相关及Getis-Ord G*i指数测度了江苏省三大旅游区的旅游效率,并对其进行了时空演变探究。结果表明:2000—2015年江苏省三大旅游区的旅游全要素生产率的变化都呈现波动上升趋势,长江江淮旅游区、长江太湖旅游区、运河徐海旅游区的全要素生产率分别为0.988、1.024、0.976;江苏省区域旅游全要素生产率呈现明显的空间分布格局,且太湖旅游区的发展优于长江江淮旅游区和运河徐海旅游区的发展;三大旅游区的四个分解效率值影响因素不一,总体上规模技术进步变化与纯技术进步变化是影响三大旅游区年度旅游全要素变化的主要原因。因此,三大旅游区应采用差异化的旅游发展政策,推进旅游产业的技术进步和发展。Based on the DEA-Malmquist index secondary decomposition model,global spatial autocorrelation and Getis-Ord index,this paper measures the tourism efficiency of three major tourism zones in Jiangsu Province and studies its temporal and spatial evolvement.The results show that：The total factors productivity levels of three major tour-ism zones in Jiangsu Province have presented an rose with fluctuations from 2000 to 2015,with annual total factors productivity for Yangtse-Jianghuai,Yangtse-Taihu and Canal-Xuhe tourist zone reaching 0.988,1.024 and 0.976 respec-tively,making Canal-Xuhe tourist zone the lowest;The total factors productivity of tourism in Jiangsu Province pres-ents an obvious spatial distribution pattern,with the development of Taihu tourist zone prior to Yangtse-Jianghuai tour-ist zone and Canal-Xuhe tourist zone;Although four decomposition efficiency factors of three major tourist zones aredifferent,in general,the total factors productivity change in these tourist zones is mainly due to scale technologicalprogress and pure technological progress.Hence,these tourist zones should adopt different tourist development policiesto promote technological progress and development of the tourist industry.
