预制装配式高层建筑构件的安装及质量控制——以某广场装配式高层住宅楼为例

摘　　要：针对高层预制构件吊装施工难度大、节点连接复杂的特点,自主生产预制装配式楼板、楼梯和剪力墙构件,并采用自主研发的吊具吊装施工,在分析其构件安装施工流程及质量要求的基础上,提出工程质量控制措施。结果表明,预制装配式结构提高了工程建设效率和工程质量,既节约能源,又安全环保。Aiming at the features like difficulty in construction and complicated joints in assembling prefabri-cated blocks in high-rise buildings, this paper explores producing the pre-fabricated assembly floor, stair and shear wall structures, and assembly them with hoisting construction system researched by the constructers. On the basis on analyzing the assembly process and quality requirements, the measurements for controlling project quality is put forward. The results show the prefabricated assembly structures not only improve the efficiency and quality of the project construction, but save energy and meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection.
