动物毛皮纤维的X射线能谱分析

摘　　要：文章为鉴别南貉、北貉、北极狐、红狐和银黑狐五种近种属毛皮纤维,利用X射线能谱仪(EDS)对五种动物毛皮背部针毛和绒毛分别进行了鳞片层表面元素分析。结果表明:五种动物背部针毛纤维表面元素组成存在显著差异,可用于毛皮纤维的鉴定;而绒毛纤维表面元素组成差异较小,用于毛皮纤维的鉴别存在一定难度。In order to identify the relative genus fur fibers of south raccoon,northern raccoon,arctic fox,red fox and silver fox,the elements of scale surface of guard hairs on the back and fine hairs was analyzed by x-ray energy dispersive spectrometer.The results show that there are significant differences in the surface elements of guard hairs of the five kinds of animals,which can be used for identifying fur fibers.But it′s still difficult to identify the fine hairs because of little difference in surface elements.
