摘　　要：以审判为中心的诉讼改革要求侦查、起诉工作要为审判服务。小案的发生与社会大众的日常生活息息相关,小案侦查工作的开展关系到警民关系与和谐社会的构建,影响到整个社会的稳定与安全。对小案现场的认识是小案侦查工作的开端和基础,小案现场勘查会影响其侦查工作的开展。因此,在以审判为中心的背景下,深入探究小案侦查中现场的价值和有效实现现场价值的途径,可为小案侦查实践工作提供帮助。Judgement-centered litigation reform calls for investigation and prosecution work to serve judgement. The occurence of minor cases is closely associated with the daily life of the public masses. Investigation of the minor cases is concerned with police-masses relations and construction of harmonious society, which influences the security and stability of the whole society. Accrdingly, an in-depth investigation should be conducted on the scene values of the minor cases investigations and the approaches for effective implementation of the the scene values so as to provide aid for practical investigation of the minor cases.
