摘　　要：天然气净化处理流程中,液硫储罐作为液态硫黄的常用储存设备,其本质安全是硫黄生产、成型运行的充分条件。因储存介质的特殊性,液硫储罐长期处于酸性服役环境中,易发生电化学腐蚀,罐体出现腐蚀减薄、穿孔,降低了储罐的有效使用寿命。针对磨溪天然气净化厂液硫储罐的腐蚀穿孔进行原因分析,结合其他厂的优化整改措施,提出控制储罐腐蚀的防护措施,以提升储罐防腐性能、使用年限及运维安全,确保装置安稳长满优运行。Liquid sulfur tank is used for the storage of liquid sulfur and its intrinsic safety is the sufficient condition of sulfur production and forming in gas purification processes. Because of the particularity of storage medium,electro-chemical corrosion is likely to occurto liquid sulfur tank in acid condition,reducing the service life of tank due to corrosion and perforation. To guarantee safety operation,analysis have been carried out for the reason of corrosion perforation in Moxi natural gas purification plant and protective measures are also put forward on corrosion control to improve anti-corrosion performance,service life and guarantee safe operation.
