摘 要:市场上常见车型的门内饰板与内钣金配合普遍采用外形各异但结构类似的塑料紧固件,为了解此类塑料紧固件的开发在应用环境和性能要求等方面的共通性,更好地指导开发和使用,根据对多个车型的对标分析,总结出此类紧固件的应用环境要求、常用材料选择及性能要求,结合CAE的分析手段对其最常见的断裂失效模式进行分析,确定安装过程中的剪切力是主要原因,并给出材料与结构方面的解决方向。对门内饰板塑料紧固件的发展方向做出推测。Plastic clip is commonly used on the connection between door inner trim and sheet metal. The study of intercommunity of such clip on performance requirement and application environment, can lead to a better development and usage. Based on benchmark analysis and work experience, this paper offered a comprehensive analysis on door trim plastic fasteners of automobile, including application environment, material choice and performance requirements. A failure model analysis result based on CAE was compared with physical part test. And shear stress during insert was detected as root cause of failure, which can be solved or improved by proper material selection and better structure design. Development direction of door trim plastic fasteners was predicted.
