摘  要:采用稻草基质旱育秧方式,探究了芸苔素内酯浸种、喷施和基施3种方式和不同浓度对水稻秧苗生长的影响。结果表明,施用芸苔素内酯能延缓种谷胚乳消耗速度而推迟秧苗断乳时间,提高了胚乳利用率;促进出叶、出根、提高秧苗干物质量和壮秧指数。芸苔素内酯苗前浸种处理和基施处理比对照提高出苗率和成秧率2%~3%。芸苔素内酯浸种处理,苗前期促进根系生长的效果显然优于促进地上部效果,浸种浓度0.15~0.20 mg/L为宜。芸苔素内酯喷施处理,播种8 d之后表现了明显的促进秧苗茎叶和根系生长的效果,喷施浓度0.10 mg/L和0.15 mg/L效果较好。芸苔素内酯基施浓度0.40 mg/L,在播种8d内有明显促进根系生长的作用。较高浓度的基施对地上部组织的细胞伸长产生了一定的抑制作用。播种前和出苗后进行两次适量的芸苔素内酯处理,有利促进秧苗根冠生长,播前芸苔素内酯浓度0.15 mg/L溶液浸种、出苗后浓度0.10 mg/L进行喷施为好。The effects of 3 testing modes of application of brassinolide by the soaking seeds,spraying,basal application and different concentrations on the growth of rice seedlings were studied,with using straw substrate and way of dry seeding growth to raise rice seedlings.The results showed: suitable concentration of brassinolide delayed the grain endosperm consumption rate,and delayed the time of the weaning of the seedlings,thus improved the utilization rate of endosperm; and promoteed the growth of leaves and roots,and increased the dry weight of seedlings and strong seedling index.The treatment of soaking seeds and base application before seedling increased seedling rate and seedling rate by 2% ~ 3% compared with the contrast. Soaking seeds with brassinolide had better effect on root growth than that on culm and leaf growth in the early stage of seedling,and the brassinolide concentration of 0.15 ~ 0.20 mg/L was suitable. The effect of spraied brassinolide on promoting seedling culm leaf and root growth was significantly better after 8 days,and the spraying brassinolide concentrations of 0.10 mg/L and 0.15 mg/L were better.Basal application of brassinolide of 0.40 mg/L had obvious effect on promoting root growth after sowing within 8 days.The higher concentration of brassinolide of basal application had an inhibitory effect on the cell elongation of the overground tissues of the seedlings.The brassinolide of moderate application had significant promoting effect on cultivation of strong seedlings of rice. Two treatments before sowing and after emergence were favorable to promotion of the growth of root and canopy of the seedlings,the concentration of 0.15 mg/L for soaking seeds before sowing and 0.15 mg/L for spraying after seedling were better.
