童性、IBA和扦插季节对香樟绿枝扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：樟树(Cinnamomum camphora)是我国重要的经济树种之一,具有较高的经济价值。密植矮林是香樟集约化生产和经营的重要发展方向之一,优良香樟的繁殖对于精油产业的发展至关重要。与其它繁殖方式相比,扦插繁殖具有繁殖周期短、繁殖系数高、生产成本低和能够保持母本优良性状等优点,已成为樟树快速繁殖的高效途径。本试验以成年期樟树树冠当年生枝顶端嫩梢、成年期樟树基部萌蘖当年生枝顶端嫩梢和童期樟树当年生枝顶端嫩梢为材料,研究童性、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和扦插季节对樟树绿枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明,取自童期樟树当年生枝顶端嫩梢生根能力(90.63%、10.70、4.95)显著高于成年期樟树基部萌蘖当年生枝顶端嫩梢(41.67%、4.83、2.14)和樟树成年期树冠当年生枝顶端嫩梢(9.38%、2.89、0.96),童性是樟树扦插生根的关键因子。IBA能够显著促进樟树插穗的生根能力,3 000 mg/L IBA处理是香樟插条生根最适浓度。5月份扦插效果最好,其次为6月份,最差是9月份。Cinnamomum camphora is one of important economic tree species in China,which has a high commercial value.Dwarfed and close planting of Cinnamomum camphora is the development direction of intensive production and management,and Cinnamomum camphora breeding is vital for the development of camphor oil industy. For perennial woody plants,cutting propagation is an efficient technique of rapidly propagating Cinnamomum camphora with a higher coefficient,shorter cycle and lower cost than other propagation techniques.In this paper,cutting from adult reproductive phase,juvenile seedlings and base-sprouting form adult tree of Cinnamomum camphora as the material,the effects of juvenility,IBA and season on the rooting ability of Cinnamomum camphora were studied.The results showed that lack of juvenility is the most important limiting factor governing adventitious rooting of softwood cuttings in Cinnamomum camphora. The rooting ability of juvenile seedlings was dramatically higher（ 90. 63%,10. 70,4. 95） than that of base-sprouting（ 41. 67%,4. 83,2.14） and adult materials（ 9. 38%,2. 89,0. 96）. The application of IBA could significantly improve the cuttings＇ rooting ability,and the optimum IBA dosage for Cinnamomum camphora was 3 000 mg/L.The rooting ability was also significantly affected by the season of softwood cutting.The rooting ability of cuttings was much higher in May than in June or September.
