摘 要:为探讨榔榆幼苗耐旱特性及补偿效应机理,为探究榆科植物抗逆性及补偿效应提供理论依据,笔者研究不同干旱次数及复水补偿对榔榆幼苗渗透调节物质和保护酶活性的影响。结果显示:渗透调节物质(可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸)含量和保护酶(SOD、POD)活性总体呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在干旱时含量增加,复水后又缓慢下降;且渗透调节物质含量随不同交替处理次数有不同的变化规律,具体表现为T3>T1>T2,说明经过1次抗性锻炼的T2,对干旱具有一定的适应能力。表明榔榆可以通过渗透调节物质和保护酶活性来适应干旱环境,但较多的干旱胁迫会对榔榆的生长造成一定的影响。Ulmus parvifolia Jacq seedlings are studied on different drought stress and rehydration compensation and identify of osmotic adjustment solute and protective enzyme activity in order to explore the drought tolerance and compensation mechanism of the Ulmus parvifolia Jacq seedlings and provide theoretical basis for the further study of stress tolerance and compensatory effect of Ulmaceae plants. The results showed that the content of osmotic adjustment solute (soluble protein,soluble sugars,free proline) and protective enzyme activities (SOD, POD) trend of increasing first and then decreased generally in the drought, then slowly decreased after rewatering; and the content of osmotic adjustment substance changed with different alternation times, the specific expression was T3〉 T1〉 T2, which indicated that T2 had a certain adaptability to drought after one resistance exercise. These indicate that Ulmus parvifolia has some abilities to adapt the drought environment by regulating the internal osmotic adjustment solute and activities of protective enzymes ,but more drought stress might lead to a certain effect on the growth of Ulmus parvifolia Jacq.
