高雁垃圾填埋场12种植物的重金属吸收累积特征

摘  要:城市生活垃圾填埋场土壤中重金属含量通常处于较高水平,对周边生态环境会造成一定的影响,也会间接地对人体健康带来潜在威胁。以位于贵阳市乌当区的高雁城市生活垃圾填埋场的12种植物和土壤为研究对象,分析了植物和土壤中Cu、Zn、Cr和Cd的含量。结果表明:该垃圾填埋场土壤中Cu、Zn、Cr和Cd含量均超过了贵阳市的背景值,其中Cd超出97.17倍;12种植物对4种重金属的吸收累积均存在显著差异,其中空心莲子草对Cu和Zn的富集能力最强,其含量分别为34.36 mg/kg和30.31 mg/kg,Cr富集能力最强的是龙葵,其含量到达107.49 mg/kg,而一点红对Cd的累积效应最大;同科植物在对同一种重金属的累积效应上也存在显著差异,另外12种植物Cd的累积效应与其它3种重金属的累积效应间存在显著的正相关关系。The content of heavy metals in the soil of urban domestic garbage sanitary landfill landfill is usually higher,and it affects the surrounding ecological environment,and also indirectly poses a potential threat to human health. In this paper,12 species of plants and soil samples collected from Gaoyan urban domestic garbage sanitary landfill site are collected,and the contents of Cu,Zn,Cr and Cd in the samples are analyzed. The results show that: the content of Cu,Zn,Cr and Cd in the landfill all exceed the background value of Guiyang,and Cd exceeded 97. 17 times; 12 plants of 4 kinds of heavy metals accumulation are significantly different,Alternanthera philoxeroides have the strongest enrichment capability on Cu and Zn, the contents are 34. 36 mg/kg and 30. 31 mg/kg; Solanum nigrum have the highest enrichment degree on Cr,and the content of Cr in S. nigrum is 107. 49 mg/kg; there are significant differences in the cumulative effects of the same species on the same heavy metals. The cumulative effects of the other 12 plants are significantly positively correlated with the cumulative effects of the other 3 kinds of heavy metal.
