摘 要:目的:分析婴儿肺炎患儿血清维生素D的水平。方法:2015年1月至12月我院收治的424例肺炎婴儿作为病例组,根据月龄分为4组;以同期在我院健康体检的624例健康婴儿作为对照组。采用酶联免疫法检测两组婴儿血清25-(OH)D水平,以25-(OH)D<50.0nmol/L为维生素D缺乏。结果:肺炎婴儿血清25-(OH)D水平明显低于健康婴儿(P<0.01);并且,1-3月龄、4-6月龄、10-12月龄肺炎婴儿血清25-(OH)D水平明显低于同月龄健康婴儿(P<0.01,P<0.05)。肺炎婴儿维生素D缺乏率(52.36%,222/424)明显高于健康婴儿(30.59%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:维生素D缺乏的婴儿可能更易患肺炎;肺炎患儿和健康婴儿均应注重补充维生素D。Objective: To analyze the serum vitamin D level in infants with pneumonia. Methods: 424 cases of pneumonia infants in our hospital form 2015.1 to 2015.12 were taken as case group and divided into 4 groups according to months of age; 644 healthy infants were taken as control group in our hospital at the same term. Euzymelinked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the serum 25-(OH)D level of all infants. Results: The serum 25-(OH)D level of pneumonia infants was obviously lower than healthy infants(P〈0.01); And, the serum 25-(OH)D level of pneumonia infants of 1-3 months, 4-6 months and 9-12 months were all obviously lower than the same age healthy infants(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). The incidence of vitamin D deficiency in pneumonia infants was 52.36%(222/424), which was significantly higher than healthy infants(30.59%, P〈0.01). Conclusions: Infants with vitamin D deficiency maybe more likely to suffer pneumonia; Pneumonia infants and healthy infants all should pay attention to vitamin D supplementation.
