白头翁属药材鉴别及质量评价研究进展

摘　　要：综述了白头翁属药材白头翁、朝鲜白头翁及兴安白头翁在药材性状鉴别、显微鉴别及质量控制方面的研究概况,分析归纳了文献中白头翁显微鉴定存在的分歧,建议对白头翁的鉴别进行系统研究,为白头翁的药材鉴别提供依据;对白头翁属几种药材中白头翁皂苷A3、白头翁皂苷D等成分进行深入研究,为扩大药源提供支撑;开展白头翁组织与化学成分积累关系研究,揭示白头翁药材"辨状论质"的科学内涵。This paper comprehensively summarized the research situation of the morphological identification, microscopic identification and quality control of Pulsatilla chinensis(Bge.)Regel,P.cernua(Thunb.)Bercht.et Opiz.and P.dahurica(Fisch.)Spreng.Meanwhile,it analyzed and summarized the differences in microscopic identification and suggested that a systematic study should be conducted to provide a basis for the identification of Pulsatillae Radix.Additionally,an intensive study on pulsatilla saponins A3,pulsatilla saponins D and several chemical composition was conducted to extend the medicine source.To reveal the scientific connotation of quality evaluation through morphological identification of Pulsatillae Radix,the study on the relationship between the organization structure and chemical composition accumulation was developed.
