生态农业产业综合标准化效益评价研究——以铜陵凤丹为例

摘　　要：以铜陵牡丹生产综合标准化示范区为研究对象,在全面分析凤丹产业综合标准化建设现状的基础上,采用ISO标准经济效益方法论,从产业价值链的视角对综合标准化的实施效果进行评价。围绕综合标准化推进产业链整合的运行机理,定量对比凤丹标准化和非标准化在产前采购、产中种植及产后加工环节中各项成本投入、产出指标及息税前利润情况,研究结果表明综合标准化示范区的效益明显,能够有效提高凤丹品质,并通过企业价值链的延伸促进了凤丹的产业化发展,实现了经济、社会及生态效益的综合多赢。最后,针对提升生态农业产业综合标准化的绩效提出补充意见。Takes Tongling peony production comprehensive standardization demonstration are as an example,based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the construction of peony industry comprehensive standardization,using ISO standard economic methodology,from the perspective of industry value chain to evaluate the implementation effect of comprehensive standardization.Around the running mechanism of comprehensive standardization to promote industrial chain integration,Quantitative contrast peony standardization and non standardization in prenatal procurement,during planting and postpartum processing of the cost of input,output indexes and EBIT situation,the results showed that the benefit of comprehensive standardized demonstration area is obvious,improve the quality of peony effectively,and promote the industrialization development of peony through the enterprise value chain extension,realize the economic,social and ecological comprehensive benefits to win more.Finally,put forward the countermeasures to improve ecological agriculture industry comprehensive standardization performance.
