摘　　要：目前,我国已进入老年型国家行列。老年人养老保障机制还不完善,主要体现在社会养老服务体系还不成熟,涉老法律不完善,法律保障、政策保障和家庭保障不到位等。相关部门应该加快立法步伐,完善养老权益保障法律制度,并强化执法保障,提升专业化服务水平等,不断强化老年人养老权益的保障机制。At present,China has stepped into the aging society. The system of old-age social security still needs to be improved,whose deficiencies are indicated by the immaturity of the present system of old-age social service,the imperfection of the law concerning the elderly as well as the fact that the legal protection,policy security and family safeguard are not in place. Therefore,the relevant departments are supposed to speed up the pace of legislation,improve the law and security system of the pension rights and interests of the elderly,strengthen the security of legal enforcement and enhance the equality of professional service.
