土地细碎化影响农户购买农机作业社会化服务吗?——基于11省1223户农户的调查分析

摘　　要：基于土地高度细碎与农机化进程迅猛推进并存这一矛盾现象的现实背景,利用11省1 223户农户的样本数据和列联表检验法分析土地细碎化对农户家庭购买农机作业社会化服务的影响。具体研究结论是:(1)土地细碎可能会减少农户使用农机作业服务的土地面积和利用农机作业服务完成的作物生产环节的数量,并且可能会增加农户使用农机作业服务的费用负担;(2)与相邻地块种植趋同、修筑机耕道等提高农机作业便利性的措施能够在不改变家庭土地细碎程度的基础上降低农机作业的服务成本,促进农户在更多地块上和更多生产环节中使用农机作业服务,从而在很大程度上抵消土地细碎对农机作业服务的不利影响。结论表明应鼓励地块相邻农户共同生产能够更好地促进农机装备技术的采用和提高劳动生产率。Based on the paradox between high land fragmentation and the promotion of agricultural mechanization,this paper analyzed the effect of land fragmentation on rural households＇ purchase of agricultural machinery services with data from 1 223 sample rural households of 11 provinces through the column league table test.The findings are summarized as follows：（ 1） Land fragmentation will probably decrease the acreage of land and the steps of crop production of agricultural machinery services while increasing the costs of agricultural machinery services;（ 2） Some measures to improve the convenience of the operation of agricultural machinery like planting similar crops in adjacent lands and building special roads for agricultural machinery can reduce the costs of agricultural machinery services without altering the degree of land fragmentation and encourage rural households to spread the use of agricultural machinery in more production links,thus largely offsetting the adverse effect of agricultural machinery services caused by land fragmentation.The findings above suggest that encouraging rural households with adjacent land to work together can promote the equipment of agricultural machinery and raise labor productivity.
