依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀钙对高血压合并高脂血症病人炎症因子及血小板活化功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀钙对高血压合并高脂血症炎症因子及血小板活化功能的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2016年7月新疆医科大学第五附属医院接诊的92例高血压合并高脂血症病人,通过随机数表法分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46),对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用依折麦布治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压、血脂、炎症因子、血小板活化功能的变化以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p、CD63均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高血压合并高脂血症病人中应用依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀钙具有明显调脂、降压作用,并可显著改善炎症因子表达及血小板活化功能。Objective To study effects of ezetimibe and atorvastatin calcium on the inflammatory factors and platelet activation function in patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods Ninety-two patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected.According to random number table,those patients were divided into two groups：control group（n=46）treated with atorvastatin calcium,and observation group（n=46）treated with ezetimibeon and atorvastatin calcium.The changes of blood pressure,blood fat,inflammatory factors and platelet activation function before and after treatment and clinical curative effect were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,total cholesterol（TC）,triacylglycerol（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the high sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,interleukin（IL）-6,tumor necrosis factor（TNF）-α,platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p and CD63 the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ezetimibe and atorvastatin calcium have significantly regulating lipid and antihypertensive effect in patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia,which can improve the expression of inflammatory factors and platelet activation function.
