摘　　要：我省现代公共文化服务体系建设的重点在于改善文化民生的有效供给,推动文化供给侧改革,切实做到精准供给、多元供给、多样供给、品质供给、特色供给。在文化富民上坚持以人民为中心的工作导向,从守住底线、确保基本、提高质量三个层次上精准发力,做好"加减乘除法":加强优质供给;减少无效供给和资源闲置;充分释放文化惠民乘数效应;破除影响文化富民的制约和束缚。The focus of the modern public cultural service system construction in our province is to improve the effective supply of cultural livelihood, promote the supply side reform of culture, and to achieve accurate supply, multiple supply, diversified supply, qualified supply and characteristic supply. Cultural enrichment is to adhere to the people centered orientation, as well as keep the bottom line, ensure the basics and improve the quality. It is necessary to strengthen the qualified supply; reduce ineffective supply and idle resources; fully release the cultural multiplier effect; and get rid of the constraints and fetters that influence the cultural enrichment of people.
