基于江苏省少儿阅读服务均等化目标的思考

摘　　要：随着我国公共阅读服务的发展,少儿群体文化知识的供给在业内日益成为讨论的焦点。我国少儿阅读服务还处在起步阶段,少儿图书馆的结构分布、技术体系和管理方式都各有优劣,水平也显得参差不齐。如何整合现有资源为少儿群体提供一个"均等化"的保障机制就显得十分重要。论文通过对江苏省少儿阅读服务建设和发展情况分析,总结相关问题并从资金、人才、服务和省馆作用等角度出发,尝试提出保障方略。With the development of public reading service in our country, the supply of children＇s cultural knowledge has become the focus of discussion. The children＇s reading service in China is still in its infancy, and the structure, distribution, technical system and management methods of children＇s library have their own advantages and disadvantages, and their levels are also uneven. How to integrate existing resources and provide a ＂equal＂ guarantee mechanism for children is very important. Based on the analysis of the construction and development of children＇s reading service in Jiangsu Province, this paper summarizes the related problems, and tries to put forward the guarantee strategy from the perspectives of funds, talents, services and the role of provincial library.
