冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并糖尿病患者介入治疗中进口和国产药物洗脱支架的应用

摘　　要：目的对合并患有冠心病、糖尿病患者展开介入治疗中应用进口与国产药物洗脱支架的效果进行对照。方法依据置入支架,把于我院接受介入治疗的合并冠心病、糖尿病患者100例分成2组,52例置入国产药物洗脱支架为国产组,48例置入进口药物洗脱支架为进口组,对照效果、安全性。结果两组各项心脑血管不良事件发生率、恢复情况对照没有突出差异(P>0.05)。结论对于合并患有糖尿病的冠心病的介入治疗,选择国产与进口药物洗脱支架效果、安全性相似。Objective To compare the effect of application of imported and home-made drug-eluting stents in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes. Methods On the basis of placing stents,combine the 63 cases of interventional treatment in our hospital to accept coronary heart disease,diabetes,patients were divided into 2 groups,32 cases in domestic drug-eluting stents for domestic group,31 cases in imported drug-eluting stents for group,control effect,security.Results The incidence and recovery of the two groups of cardioascular eents were not signi, cant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The effect and safety of the drug eluting stents were selected for the treatment of coronary heart disease.
