摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期血糖水平对愈后的影响。方法此次选择了2016年1月~12月于我院诊治的髋部骨折合并糖尿病老年患者80例作为研究对象,将患者根据其空腹血糖控制情况分为两组(对照组=40例、观察组=40例)进实验,分析患者围手术期血糖水平控制情况,总结其对患者预后的影响。结果观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病者于围手术期治疗时,血糖水平偏高会对其预后造成较大的影响,可于此期间给予患者科学有效的控糖治疗,以便降低患者术后并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative blood glucose levels on the recovery of elderly hip fracture patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with diabetes as the research object the choice of January 2016 year in December in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of hip fracture patients according to their fasting blood glucose control were divided into two groups（control group, =40 cases, =40 cases in the observation group）,analysis of patients with blood glucose level control operation period,summary the influence on the prognosis of the patients.Results The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The aged patients with hip fracture and diabetes in perioperative treatment,high blood glucose levels will lead to a greater impact on the prognosis,in this period to give glucose control therapy in patients with scientific and effective,in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
