品管圈对取发血流程行为不规范情况的影响

摘　　要：目的观察品管圈对取发血流程行为不规范情况的影响。方法商丘市第一人民医院输血科实施品管圈活动选取2016.08.16~2016.09.04各科室实施输血治疗患者1194例取发血为对照组,2016.10.10~2017.1.25同一科室取发血2391例为观察组。对照组根据标准取发血流程管理实施,观察组在对照组基础上加用品管圈活动。观察并比较两组取发血流程行为不规范情况。结果观察组取发血流程行为不规范情况发生率7.14%低于对照组18.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医院取发血流程施以品管圈活动,可减少取发血流程实施过程中行为不规范情况发生,降低行为不规范率。Objective To observe the effect of quality control on blood flow behavior.Methods Shangqiu First People＇s Hospital Department of Transfusion from October 10,2016 from the implementation of quality control activities,selected 2016.08.16~2016.09.04 Department of blood transfusion treatment of 1194 cases of patients with blood as a control group,2016.10.10~2017.1.25 2391 cases were taken in the same department as observation group.In the control group,blood flow management was carried out according to the standard,and the observation group was added to the control group.Observe and compare the two groups of blood flow behavior is not standardized situation.Results The incidence of irregular blood flow in the observation group（7.14%）was lower than that in the control group（18.34%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is possible to reduce the occurrence of irregularities in the process of taking blood flow and to reduce the occurrence of irregularities in the process of taking blood flow.
