摘　　要：股骨头坏死是骨科领域常见及难治的疾病,为研究其发病机制和治疗方法,学者们在该疾病的动物模型研究做出了很多研究,本文就最近几年来国内外对其动物造模方法进行分析整理,从中了解动物造模的最新的发展,发现新的、合适的造模思路,为将来股骨头坏死研究以及建立更好的动物模型提供参考。Avascular necrosis is a common and refractory disease, orthopedic ？ eld to study the pathogenesis and treatment methods,scholars research in animal models of the disease has made a lot of research, this article chooses the building method of the avascular necrosis of the femoral head at home and abroad, observes, so that to grasp the building of new changes, to find new suitable building ideas, femoral head necrosis for the future research and build better animal models to provide the reference.
