摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤标志物AFP、FERR、CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153在肿瘤辅助诊断中的应用评价。方法通过化学发光法检测284例肿瘤患者、200例健康体检者的6种血清标志物水平。结果六种血清肿瘤标志物在肿瘤患者中的水平高于正常体检者(P<0.05);肺癌患者CA125升高比例远高于其它肿瘤,乳腺癌、宫颈患者患者中FERR升高比例高于其它组,消化道肿瘤以FERR升高比例为最高,CA199、CEA其次。结论 6种血清标志物在肿瘤患者中呈异常高水平表达,对不同肿瘤可有选择性的进行检查,有效提高诊断率。Objective To investigate the application and evaluation of tumor markers AFP,FERR,CEA,CA125,CA199 and CA153 in the diagnosis of tumor.Methods The levels of serum markers in 284 patients with tumor and 200 healthy subjects were detected by chemiluminescence detection.Results The level of six serum tumor markers in tumor patients was higher than that in normal physical examination（P〈0.05）.The proportion of serum CA125 in patients with lung cancer was signifcantly higher than that in other tumors,and the proportion of FERR in patients with breast cancer and cervical cancer was higher than that in other groups.Conclusion 6 kinds of serum markers are abnormally high in tumor patients,and can be selectively examined for different tumors to effectively improve the diagnosis rate,optimize the diagnosis process and reduce the cost of patients.
