摘 要:以黄淮地区83个小麦品种为材料,采用SPXY算法筛选目标集、用马氏距离法进行预处理、用SPA法提取敏感波点、用偏最小二乘法建模,研究建立小麦蛋白质、湿面筋和沉降值的近红外光谱预测模型,并利用预测集进行验证。结果表明,蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和沉降值3种测定结果相关系数r分别为0.996 7、0.999 5和0.997 9,说明所建模型与常规化学值有较好的相关性,有较高的可信度,为再进行类似测定提供借鉴。Taken 83 varieties of wheats in Huang-huai area as material, screened target set by SPXY Algorithm, pretreated by Mahalanobis Distance Method, extracted sensitive wave points by SPA Method, and modeled by PLS Method, a near infrared spectral prediction model for wheat protein, wet gluten and sedimentation value of wheat was researched and built, and verified by using the prediction set. The results showed that the correlation coefficient(r)of the three results of protein content, wet gluten content and sedimentation value were 0.996 7, 0.999 5 and 0.997 9, indicating that there was a good correlation and high credibility between the model and the conventional chemical values, which could provide reference for similar determination.
