摘　　要：通过对广西全区高校体育教学本科专业人才培养目标、课程设置、学生创新能力、师资等现状进行调查与分析,提出革新教育思维、完善课程设置、完善创新教学基础设施建设、加强实践教学、建立创新型师资队伍等几点有利于构建基于社会需求的体育教育本科专业创新人才培养模式的建议与策略。Through the investigation and analysis of training objectives, curriculum, college students' initiative ability and faculty resources in the bachelor's degree students in universities of Guangxi, this paper puts forward the new reform thoughts to better the curriculum and the construction of innovation teaching infrastructure, to strengthen practice teaching, to establish a team of innovative teachers soon and so forth to form a new pattern of innovative talent cultivation of physical education based on social demands.
