摘 要:原子吸收技术在我国近几十年来不论是从设备更新或是技术更新上都得到突飞猛进的发展,它广泛应用于石油化工、食品检验、医疗卫生、地质岩矿分析测试、科研等各领域,其具有检出限低、选择性好、精密度高、抗干扰能力强、分析速度快、应用范围广及用样量小等优点,是我们定量、定性分析不可缺少的新型分析手段之一。本文简单介绍了原子吸收的原理、组成、特点和发展历史,着重介绍了近几年原子吸收的最新技术的发展及原子吸收的应用。Atomic absorption technology in our country in recent decades has been developing fast whether from the equipment or technology updates,it is widely used in petroleum chemical industry,food inspection,health care,the geological rock analysis test,scientific research,etc,it has the advantages of low detection limit,good selectivity,high precision,strong anti-interference ability,fast analysis speed,wide application range and sample quantity,it is one of the new analysis method which is indispensable to our quantitative and qualitative analysis.The atomic absorption,the principle,composition,characteristics and development history were simply introduced,latest technology development of the atomic absorption and its application in recent years were also introduced.
