摘  要:采用二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)对羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HTPS)改性制得了耐高温防腐蚀涂层。通过红外光谱(FTIR)得知涂层通过羟基与二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯直接反应固化成膜。热重分析(TGA)结果表明,二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯改性有机硅树脂涂层(MDI-HTPS)比传统的环氧树脂改性有机硅树脂涂层的热分解温度高出40℃。交流阻抗测试的结果表明MDI-HTPS涂层有着更好的耐腐蚀性。相比于环氧树脂改性有机硅树脂涂层,MDI-HTPS涂层在附着力等力学性能方面都有所提高。A high temperature anti-corrosion coating was prepared by modifying the hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane (HTPS) with diphenylmethane diisocyanato (MDI).The results showed that the curing was realized by the reaction between the hydroxyl group of the HTPS and the isocyanate of the MDI.The thermal decomposition temperature of the MDI-HTPS coating was 40 ℃ higher than that of the conventional epoxy modified silicone coating.The results of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test showed that the MDI-HTPS coating had better corrosion resistance.Comparing to the conventional epoxy modified silicone coating,the MDI-HTPS coating also showed better mechanical properties,such as adhesion.
