历史街区改造中的城市设计理念探究*——以宁波市莲街桥为例

摘　　要：随着＂城市双修＂工作的不断探索和推进,＂城市病＂得到有效治理,人居环境得到明显改善,城市发展方式发生巨大转变。在此背景下,作为我国城市空间重要组成部分的历史街区,其尺度规模、更新速度及开发强度都达到了前所未有的高度,因此,历史街区改造成为当前世界范围内城市发展的重要课题。然而,历史街区独特的历史价值和时代特征正在遭受双重考验：诸多历史街区改造过程中,由于缺乏整体观和地域观,大拆大改,出现＂千城一面＂的倾向,致使城市丢失＂本色＂;也有部分历史街区固守旧制,简单传承而忽视发展,缺乏时代性,进而丧失传统文化遗存的活力。通过研究国外经典城市设计案例,归纳出适合我国同类型历史街区改造的设计理念及实践方法,以期为新时期背景下相似城市更新过程中历史街区改造提供借鉴和参考。With the ＂Urban repair and ecological restoration ＂ work continue to explore and promote the ＂urban disease＂ has been effectively managed, the living environment has been significantly improved, urban development has undergone tremendous changes. In this context, as the important part of China＇s urban space historical blocks, the scale scale, update speed and development intensity have reached an unprecedented height, therefore, the historical district transformation of the current world-wide urban development important issue. However, the unique historical value and characteristics of the historical district are being tested twice： many historical blocks in the process of transformation, due to the lack of overall view and regional view, big demolition, a ＂thousand city side＂ tendency, resulting in the city lost ＂ ＂; There are some historical blocks to stick to the old system, simple inheritance and neglect of development, the lack of thetimes, and thus the loss of traditional cultural relics vitality. Based on the study of foreign classic city design cases, this paper summarizes the design concept and practice method suitable for the transformation of the same type of historic district in China, so as to provide reference and reference for the transformation of historical streets in the process of similar urban renewal in the new era.
