摘　　要：目的:了解和分析目前外文艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)中医药研究者和研究主题的现状,以期为国内艾滋病研究者开展中医药研究提供借鉴和参考。方法:通过检索主要的外文数据库纳入外文艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)中医药研究,利用BICOMS-2分析软件对发表时间、期刊名称、国家、作者和主题词进行抽取和整理,并生成作者和主题词共现矩阵,利用Net Draw绘制网络关系图,采用g CLUTO进行聚类分析。结果:外文艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)中医药研究发文最多的国家依次为美国、英国、荷兰、德国和中国;载文量最多的为Journal of Natural Products;不同地域之间的作者合作不够;高频主题词为Plant Extracts,HIV-1,Anti-HIV Agents和HIV Infections,研究领域分为4个研究主题。结论:艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)中医药研究存在地域不平衡性,作者之间的合作度不高,研究主要集中在植物提取物在HIV中的应用。Objective： To analysis of the status quo of the researchers and research subjects of traditional Chinese medicine for HIV/AIDS in the foreign papers,with a view to provide reference to the domestic AIDS researchers to carry out Chinese medicine research.Methods： We systematically searched major english databases,and included all available study of traditional Chinese medicine for HIV/AIDS in the foreign papers,and extracted the related information（ year,journal,author,country and medical subject headings of papers）and produced co-author and co-keywords matrix by BICOMS-2 software,the figure of network by Net Draw and cluster analysis by g CLUTO.Results： The outcome showed that the American,UK,Netherlands,Germany and China published more papers; at the same time,Journal of Natural Products published the number of papers more than other journals; the cooperation of authors should be improved between different regions; high frequency medical subject headings were Plant Extracts,HIV-1,Anti-HIV Agents and HIV Infections,there were 4 research topics in this field. Conclusion： Therefore,there are imbalance in the number of papers of traditional Chinese medicine for HIV/AIDS in different areas,the collaboration of authors should be enhanced between different regions,and the research topic mainly focuses on the plant extracts for HIV.
