中医药治疗心脏X综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的在心脏X综合征患者治疗过程中应用中医药治疗,分析临床效果。方法利用自愿参与原则自我院2015年01月~2016年10月期间所收治的心脏X综合征患者中随机选取60例患者参与本次探究,严格按照随机数字表法分组,组别是研究组和对照组,每组患者为30例。在对照组患者治疗过程中应用常规西药治疗,在研究组患者治疗过程中应用常规西药治疗+中医药治疗。结果研究组患者临床总有效率、心绞痛发作次数均显著性更佳,对比分析对照组患者临床数据,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心脏X综合征患者治疗过程中应用中医药治疗,临床疗效较为理想。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiac X syndrome.Methods Using the principle of voluntary participation in self hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 during cardiac patients with X syndrome treated by in 60 patients were randomly selected to participate in this inquiry,in strict accordance with the random number table method group,group is a research group and the control group,each group of 30 cases of patients.In the treatment of patients in the control group,the routine western medicine treatment was applied,and the routine western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment were applied in the treatment of the patients in the study group.Results Group patients clinical total effective rate, attack frequency of angina pectoris were significantly better, analysis of the control group patients clinical data,comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion it is ideal to apply traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart X syndrome.
