摘 要:针对后发国家企业陷于"俘获型网络"困境的情况,引入产业生命周期理论,用于识别几个典型阶段GVC切入面临的技术情境和市场情境,并选择在相应阶段成功实现GVC切入的典型案例企业,基于战略匹配理论,从环境-战略-绩效的关系匹配中,识别出在4个典型阶段实现GVC切入的4种战略模式。Studies in this line have noticed that firms from later-development countries are struck in " captive network".However,no effective solution to the predicament has been found. In this paper,industry life cycle(ILC) theory was introduced to identify four specific stages then their relevant technological and marketplace contexts. On the other hand four typical cases who have successfully inserted into GVC at corresponding stages were chosen to investigate their activities of sensing environmental context and making decisions on deploying capabilities for inserting into GVC. According to strategic matching theory,based on strategic co-alignment among environment,strategy and performance,four ideal strategic patterns for corresponding ILC stages were identified.
