摘　　要：欧洲左翼党是欧洲国家共产党和左翼政党的联合,2016年底的第五次代表大会上,该党表达了对当前欧洲危机的深刻认识和深切忧虑,主张要重建一个尊重人民主权的欧洲,签订新发展模式的协议,反对一切不平等现象,反对财政倾销政策,团结欧洲所有进步力量,建立一个社会公正、环保的、充满活力的、所有人享有平等权利的、和平与安全的欧洲。The Party of the European Left is a union of the Communist Parties and left-wing parties in European countries. At its fifth congress at the end of 2016,the party expressed its profound understanding and deep concern about the current European crisis,and advocated rebuilding a Europe that respects the sovereignty of the people,signing agreement on new mode of development,opposing all forms of inequalities,opposing fiscal dumping policies,uniting all the progressive forces in Europe,and building an Europe that is fair,environment friendly,vibrant,safe and peaceful,with equal rights for everyone.
