摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析体外无创临时心脏起搏在急诊科的实际应用。方法:收集整理126例心脏骤停和缓慢型心律失常的病例,按照是否接受无创起搏实行分组,从而对比分析心脏停搏和缓慢型心律失常应用无创临时起搏的治疗效果。病例分组:起搏组64例;对照组62例。结果:两组间起搏组抢救成功率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。本报告中实施起搏治疗的64例患者无1例发生不良反应。结论:体外无创临时心脏起搏操作简便,是一种安全、快速有效的起搏方式,在急诊科有一定的实际应用价值。Objective：To retrospectively analyze the clinical application of noninvasive cardiac pacing in the emergency department.Methods：126 cases of cardiac arrest and slow arrhythmia were collected and analyzed.Whether or not invasive pacing was performed was performed to compare the efficacy of noninvasive temporary pacing in cardiac arrest and slow arrhythmia.Case group：pacing group：64 cases,control group：62 cases.Results：the success rate of rescue between the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group,P〈0.05.None of the 64 patients undergoing pacing were reported to have adverse events.Conclusion：in vitro non-invasive temporary cardiac pacing is simple and safe.It is a safe,fast and effective pacing mode,and has some practical value in emergency department.
