舌面脉体质辨识对更年期女性健康管理的指导和运用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析舌面脉体质辨识对更年期女性健康管理的指导和运用效果。方法:选取本院健康管理中心行舌面脉体质辨识更年期女性150人,根据被辨识者自愿参与的原则随机分为研究组和对照组各75人,研究组给予相关健康调理、健康干预及养生指导等健康管理,对照组给予电话随访健康指导。对比两组人员健康管理6个月后的体舌面脉体质辨识复诊结果及健康知识和行为的改变情况。结果:研究组偏颇体质者平和质转化分>60分明显高于本组初次辨识时得分,同时也明显高于对照组同时间段(P<0.001);研究组偏颇体质者偏颇体质转化分平均<30分明显低于本组初次辨识时得分,同时也显著低于对照组同时间段(P<0.001),差异有显著统计学意义。研究组健康知识知晓率及健康行为形成率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舌面脉体质辨识应用于更年期人群,使健康管理人员能依据其体质类型进行有针对性的健康调理、干预和养生指导,改善更年期人群的健康知识和行为,更好的服务于关注健康的未病和亚健康人群。Objective：To explore the guidance and effect of Tongue veins on the health management of menopausal women.Methods：A total of 150 menopausal women were identified,and the subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group was given health control,health intervention and health guidance.Health management,the control group received telephone follow-up health guidance.Comparison of the two groups of health management after 6 months of tongue tongue veins identification of referral results and health knowledge and behavior changes.Results：In the experimental group,the biologic transformation of the biopsy was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.001）.In the experimental group,（P〈0.001）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001）.The awareness rate and health behavior formation rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tongue veins are used in the identification of menopausal people,so that health management personnel can be based on their physical type of targeted health care,intervention and health guidance,improve menopausal population health knowledge and behavior,better service to focus on health is not Disease and sub-health population.
