摘 要:目的:探讨循序推进培训法在糖尿病患者足部自我护理训练中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年6月~2017年2月收治于我院的2型糖尿病患者124例,将其随机等分为试验组与对照组,对照组患者接受常规糖尿病足健康教育,试验组接受以糖尿病足自护为主题的循序推进培训法,比较两组患者干预前后的糖尿病足护理知识掌握度评分和糖尿病足自护行为依从性评分。结果:试验组患者干预后的糖尿病足护理知识掌握度评分和糖尿病足自护行为依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用循序推进培训法对糖尿病患者实施足部自我护理训练,能够显著提高该类患者的糖尿病足护理知识掌握度和糖尿病足自护行为依从性。Objective:To explore the application effect of of sequential training method in foot self-care training for diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 124 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to February 2017 were selected and randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group.The patients of the control group received routine diabetic health education,and those of the experimental group received sequential training method in foot self-care training.The scores of knowledge mastery of diabetic foot care and compliance score of diabetic foot self-care behavior before the intervention and after were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of knowledge mastery degree of diabetic foot care and compliance of diabetic foot self-care behavior in the experimental group after the intervention were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of sequential training method in foot self-care training for diabetic patients can significantly improve the mastery degree of diabetic foot care knowledge and the compliance of diabetic foot self-care.
