纸尿裤冰垫在骨科四肢损伤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨纸尿裤冰垫在骨科四肢损伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年6月~2016年6月四肢损伤需要冰敷的患者130例,随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统清水冰袋冰敷,观察组采用自制纸尿裤冰垫,比较两组2,24,48 h肢体肿胀程度及疼痛程度,比较两组患者冰敷的各项满意度指标。结果:观察组患者四肢肿胀及疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),患者对冰敷效果的各项满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纸尿裤冰垫储冷作用佳、舒适度高、廉价、便利,值得基层医疗机构推广使用。Objective：To explore the application effect of ice cushion for paper diaper in patients with limb injuries in the department of orthopedics.Methods：A total of 130 patients with limb injuries in need of ice compress from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with ice compress by traditional ice water pack,and the observation group was treated with self-made ice cushion for paper diaper.The swelling degree and pain degree,and the satisfaction indexes of the two groups after 2 h,24 h and 48 h were comparted.Results：The degree of swelling and pain in the limbs in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the satisfaction of the patients on the ice compress effect was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The ice cushion for paper diaper has good cooling storage effect,with high comfort,cheap and convenient,and it is worthy of promotion and application in primary medical institutions.
