危机管理配合无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式在外伤急诊急救中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨危机管理配合无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式在外伤急诊急救中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年10月~2017年3月我院收治的外伤急诊急救患者625例,随机分为观察组313例和对照组312例,对照组患者实施无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合危机管理,对比两组患者确诊时间、急诊至手术时间、急诊至病房时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况、抢救成功率及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者确诊时间、急诊至手术时间、急诊至病房时间及住院时间与对照组相比均明显较短(P<0.05)。观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:危机管理配合无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式可有效缩短外伤急诊急救患者救治时间,提高抢救成功率,降低并发症发生率,且利于患者术后恢复与护患关系和谐。Objective：To explore the application effect of crisis management combined with seamless integrated trauma emergency nursing model in the trauma emergency treatment.Methods：A total of 625 trauma emergency patients admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 313 cases and 312 cases respectively.The patients in the control group were treated with seamless integrated trauma emergency nursing model,and those in the observation group were treated with crisis management on basis of the treatment of the control group.The time of diagnosis,time from emergency to surgery,time from emergency to ward,length of stay,complications and success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The time of diagnosis,time from emergency to surgery,time from emergency to ward and length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Crisis management combined with seamless integrated trauma emergency nursing model can effectively shorten the treatment time of trauma emergency,improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the incidence of complications,and is conducive to postoperative recovery and harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
