摘　　要：为研究不同脂肪源饲料对点带石斑鱼免疫力的影响,通过在饲料中添加玉米油、鱼油、花生油、大豆油、葵花籽油5种不同脂肪源,用于投喂点带石斑鱼并定期检测血液中的4种免疫指标.结果表明,不同脂肪酸源对石斑鱼血液中的红细胞数量有提高作用,其中玉米油组效果最为明显,在第7、28、35、42、49天时红细胞数量均显著提高(P<0.05).超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)实验中,除了第56天时试验组均低于对照组,其他周期有试验组的SOD含量高于对照组的,且差异显著(P<0.05);而在补体C3和溶菌酶实验中,各试验组的C3和溶菌酶含量呈周期性波动,不同脂肪源饲料对石斑鱼的补体C3和溶菌酶含量的影响存在差异.试验说明在饲料中添加脂肪酸对提高石斑鱼免疫力一定的影响,但不同脂肪源的影响效果存在差异.The effect of 5 kinds of fat feeding sources—corn oil,fish oil,peanut oil,soybean oil,sunflower oil—on the immune capability of Epinephelus coioides is studied,in order to screen the fat source which is beneficial to improve the group resistance.The results showed that the fat sources,among which corn oil has outstanding improvement on the 7 th,28 th,35 th,42 nd,49 th day (P < 0.05),raise the number of red blood cells of the test group.In the experiment of superoxide dismutase (SOD),in all cycles except for on the 56 th day,the content of SOD of the experimental groups is remarkably higher than that of the controlled groups (P < 0.05).In the experiment of the complement C3 and lysozyme,the result demonstrated the cyclical movement of the content of the complement C3 and lysozyme in the experimental groups during various test periods.However,different fat feeding source has different effect on the content of the complement C3 and lysozyme in the experimental groups.The results showed that adding fat source in feeding has certain effect of improving the immune capability of Epinephelus coioides,but different fat feeding resource has different effect.
