摘　　要：在近年来的反腐败斗争中,党员领导干部队伍中"两面人"现象颇为引人注目。"两面人"行贪腐之实,却要给自己披上廉洁的伪装,具有信仰与现实要求分离、实有道德与从政道德悖离、认知与践行分离的典型特征。而掩盖从政行为的失范、干部选任管理中"明规则"不张与"潜规则"盛行、组织的过于信任与监督的缺位、党组织和公众的知情权不足与官员隐私权过大是助推"两面人"形成的主要原因。为有效防治"两面人",必须持续不懈地强化党员领导干部的从政道德,坚持正确的用人导向,建立和完善信息公开制度,加大党纪政纪国法的惩处力度。In the campaign against corruption, double-dealers are conspicuous. Corrupt as they are, double-dealers would like to put on a n deceptive honest camouflage, corrosive and harmful. They bear certain typical characteristic separations of faith and actual practical, of inherent ethics and dutiful ethics, and of cognition and practice. The following factors contributes to the emergence and prevalence of double-dealers, namely neglected ＂established rules＂and prevalence of ＂hidden rules＂in cadre-selecting, over trust from higher levels in opposition to the lack of supervision, insufficient access to information by the organization and the public in opposition to the excessive privacy of officials. Constant efforts, therefore, must be made to strengthen duty ethics, to keep to the correct directions in using human resources, and to establish and improve mechanisms for information disclosure. When double-dealers are strictly punished by Party disciplines and national laws, less double-dealers will turn up, and more and more leader from the Party will be more and more committed to the cause of the Party and to making contributions to the public.
