阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q10联合应用治疗冠心病早期心功能减退效果观察

摘　　要：目的探索阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗冠心病早期心功能减退的效果。方法选取2014年5月~2016年5月我院收治的冠心病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗。结果对比两组患者治疗后LVEDD水平值、LVESD水平值、LVEF水平值、不良事件发生率、住院总耗时、心功能恢复时间,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗冠心病效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical e？ect of atorvastatin combined with coenzyme Q10 treatment of coronary heart disease early cardiac dysfunction.Methods During May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital 100 cases of coronary heart disease patients,the patients were randomized into two groups of dynamic control group and observation group were used atorvastatin and atorvastatin joint coenzyme Q10 treatment,both groups of patients have 50 cases.Results The observation group and control group of patients,compared to LVEDD level values after treatment,LVESD level value,LVEF value level,the incidence of adverse events,total hospitalization time consuming,heart function recovery time are present di？erences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with coenzyme Q10 treatment of coronary heart disease e？ect is remarkable.
