摘  要:目的分析和探究对心脏占位性病变实施心脏超声造影诊断的临床意义。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月我院收治的心脏占位性病变患者32例作为研究对象,所有患者均给予了Sono Vue超声造影检查,然后根据检查结果对患者的病变类型进行判断,从而为后期的治疗提供参考。结果超声心动图结果中患者32例均存在比较明显的心脏占位性病变,其中左心室11例,右心室9例,左心房5例,右心房4例,心包3例。血栓12例、黏液瘤16例、肿瘤4例;TIC分析结果中28例最终诊断为血栓或良性肿瘤,最终诊断为恶性肿瘤4例。结论在对心脏占位性病变患者进行临床诊断时,采用心脏超声造影诊断不仅可以提高患者的诊断准确率,而且还能为后期的治疗及康复提供一定的借鉴,因此值得临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze and explore for cardiac space-occupying lesions in the heart of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of clinical signifcance.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in January 2015 to January 2016,32 patients with cardiac space-occupying lesions as analysis object,all the patients were given the SonoVue contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination,and then according to the test results to determine lesion in patients with type so as to provide reference for the treatment of late.Results Echocardiography in all 32 patients exist obvious cardiac space-occupying lesions,11 cases of left ventricle,9 cases of right ventricle,5 cases of left atrium,4 cases of right atrium,3 cases of pericardium.12 cases,16 cases of myxoma,4 cases of tumor thrombus;TIC analysis results in 28 patients were all diagnosed as benign tumor thrombosis or,eventually diagnosed as malignant tumor in 4 patients.Conclusion In patients with cardiac space-occupying lesions in clinical diagnosis,using ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of heart not only can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of patients,but also provide certain reference for later treatment and rehabilitation,therefore is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
