摘 要:汽车车门是汽车的重要组成部分,车门及其附件组成的车门总成的稳定性、可靠性、耐久性影响行驶过程中车辆与人身安全。针对当前汽车车门越来越严格的试验项目和精度要求,将动力源改造为伺服控制系统,设计一套以工控机为上位控制单元、PLC为下位控制单元的机电一体化试验台方案。该实验台能满足车门耐久试验要求,完全模拟乘员开关门的动作,为产品提供可靠的试验数据,提高汽车公司产品品质和竞争力。Vehicle door is an important part of automobile. The stability,reliability and durability of the door assembly,which is composed of the door and its accessories,affect the safety of the vehicle and the person in the process of driving. Aiming at the increasingly stringent test items and precision requirements,the power source was transformed into servo control system,a new mechatronic test machine based on PLC and IPC was developed and it was put into practical use. The new device can meet the demand of endurance test for vehicle doors. And it can simulate the action of the door,supply reliable test data,so the product quality and rivalrousness will be improved.
