儿童约束系统动态试验安全带峰值张力规律研究

摘  要:对采用汽车安全带固定的儿童座椅动态试验数据进行整理分析,研究碰撞过程中安全带峰值张力的大小及规律。首先,根据假人质量及安全带路径规律对试验数据进行分类,然后对各类试验的安全带峰值张力进行统计分析,得到如下结论:安全带峰值张力不超过7 kN;0和0+组后碰试验中肩带峰值张力小于腰带峰值张力,但是张力水平较小;正碰试验中肩带峰值张力均大于腰带峰值张力,且随着假人质量的增大,安全带张力水平也逐渐增大。此研究成果可以为儿童约束系统导向件的设计提供指导。The safety belt peak tension was studied based on dynamic test data of child restriant system fixed by car safety belt. Firstly,the test data were classified according to weight of dummy and safety belt path,then each kind of belt peak tension was analyzed. The conclusions are that the safety belt peak tension is not more than 7 kN; shoulder belt peak tension is smaller than the lap belt peak tension in the rear impact of 0 and 0+group,but the tension level is low; oppositely the shoulder belt peak tension is greater than the lap belt peak tension in the frontal impact,and safety belt tension level increases gradually with the increase of dummy weight. The research results can provide guidance for the design of child restraint system.
